​INTERIOR

​

  • Conduct a thorough walk-through of the interior of the property.

  • Inspect and test all home appliances, including running the washing machine and dishwasher, and checking the fridge, freezer, and other kitchen appliances.

  • Check the security system, disarm it upon arrival, and reset it when leaving. Also, inspect cameras and electric fencing where applicable.

  • Perform visual checks for pest infestations and rodent issues.

  • Look for any interior damage on floors, walls, or ceilings caused by weather, for example - leaks or dampness.

  • Conduct a visual inspection for drainage issues.

  • Ensure all toilets are flushed and all taps are run.

  • Check the DB board and, where applicable, top up with units for pre-paid electricity.

  • Water indoor plants as needed.

  • Remove newspapers, flyers, mail, and any items from the letterbox. Arrange mail forwarding if required.

  • Take out the garbage if necessary.

  • Ensure all lights are working and replace any bulbs if needed.

  • Open windows for fresh air and close them when leaving.

  • Send a report after each visit, including photos.

  • Conduct a thorough inspection of the property's exterior, including doors, windows, and locks.

  • Perform a visual check of the pool, tennis court, and shed. [if applicable]

  • Inspect the landscaping, fencing, beams, and electric fence.

  • Look for leaks or drainage issues and ensure that faucets and hoses are turned off.

  • Start any vehicles as needed.

  • Conduct visual checks for pest infestations and rodent issues.

  • Clean the entryway to remove any signs of absence.

  • Inspect the roof, chimney, and gutters for any visible issues.

  • Check pool or spa water levels and listen for the pump.

  • Ensure that the garage is operational, closed, and secure.

  • Look for evidence of unauthorized entry, vandalism, and weather-related problems such as fallen branches or displaced patio furniture.

  • Provide a report after each visit, including photos.
